The goal is to centralize the supply of Ford replacement and service parts in the Middle East. The logistics firm Hellmann East Europe has been granted the Customs Representative License for Russia, previously known as the Customs Broker License. Beginning March 1, the company will be able to offer customs clearance services under its own private license. A number of conditions must be met in order to obtain a Russian Customs Representative License. In addition to proof of professionally trained staff and an excellent reputation, the license also requires firms to provide a bank guarantee of one million Euro.
