Osnabrueck, 28 October 2011. Carsten Fuhlendorf has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) taking over supervision of the finance sector of the worldwide company group as of 1 November 2011. Hellmann Worldwide Logistics GmbH & Co. KG, based in Osnabrueck, is a global logistics company in the areas of Road & Rail, Air and Sea freight and Contract Logistics. Due to the worldwide growth of this family-run company, with a yearly turnover of 2.65 billion Euros in 2010, and 9,228 employees in 211 branches worldwide, the global direction of the finance sector is of special importance, as emphasized by both Managing Partners Klaus and Jost Hellmann.

Carsten Fuhlendorf (44 years) has been with the Hellmann group since May this year and has comprehensive experience in this position from different branches and sectors of industry, as well as international concerns and global medium-sized businesses.
