The General German Terms and Conditions can be found here:
The General German Carrier Conditions (ADSp) are general terms and conditions, which are jointly recommended for freight forwarding businesses.
The ADSp is the framework, which represents the most transparent transport conditions between you and us.
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics stringently follows the most recent code of regulations stated under German Transport Codes. This is limited, but not restricted to paragraph 23 of the ADSp, the legal liability for property damage according to §431 HGB for damage in custodial transport at 5 Euros/kg; by multimodal transport including sea freight at 2SZR/kg, including the cost of damage, in addition each claim or incident to the value of 1 or 2 Million Euro or 2 SZR/Kg, depending on which is determined to have a higher value. Paragraph 27 of the ADSp is not applicable as an agreement on the limit of liability in the same regard from Article 25 of the Montreal Agreement.
