Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska - Logistics Operator of the Year 2010


On Friday, 3th of December 2010 took place the Ceremony of Logistics and Transport, celebrating the ninth edition of the Logistics Operator of the Year program. During the Ceremony were announced the results of research program and the winners of “Innovative Logistics Product 2010” competition were awarded.


This year, the first place and a title of “Logistic Operator of the Year 2010” went to Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska.

Annual “Customers Satisfaction Survey” is performed since 2001 in the form of telephone interviews with customers. Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska has been participating in the research from the very beginning. Last year, the company was awarded for the range of logistic services highly appreciated by the customers. This year’s award was a pleasant surprise but most of all an act of gratitude towards all HWL Polska employees who fully engage in their every day work.

For many years, we have been performing internal customer satisfaction surveys to verify the needs and satisfaction of customers from our services. By participating in the “Logistics Operator of the Year” research we can have another opportunity to face the opinions of our Customers” – said Juliusz Skurewicz, the President of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska, while being given the award.
